We've dealt with the frustration of laggy response times and subpar customer service that often comes with unprofessional hosts. Adventure Stays is committed to delivering a better experience for our guests, employing a team of full time, rock star guest service reps that we like to refer to simply as our eConcierge. They'll be available for you any time of day, whether you need a fresh towel or a recommendation on where to go for a good beer.
On-Site Staff
In addition to our eConcierge team, we have a local maintenance, houskeeping, and management team available to guests during normal business hours for anything that needs to be resolved locally. While most hotels offer this as a standard, many AirBnB/vacation rentals do not. That said, we believe you can't put a price on face to face interaction so we aim to give you a happy smile to welcome you in, a waving hand to send you off, and anything else you might need in between.
Reasonable Pricing
We believe that the secret to longevity for a small business like us is a full calendar, not jacked up rates! You don't have to look hard to find hotels with sky-high rates and excessive cleaning fees, resort fees, breathing fees... But we prefer to keep things simple. We price according to supply and demand, but cap our rates at what we feel is fair for the space you're getting. We charge the minimum amount mandated by Uncle Sam for taxes, keep our cleaning fees low (only enough to pay the cleaners and for their supplies) and don't pass any extra or frivolous fees to our guests.
